July 11th Announcements

• Join us for a Trail Night followed by a Campfire on Friday, July 16th. Enjoy the use of the Luce Line Trail from 6:30-7:30 and bring your own chair for a campfire with hotdogs and S'mores at 7:30. Bring a friend!

• We are currently offering Children's Ministry on an every other Sunday basis. Our next Sundays for Children's Ministry will be July 25th and August 8th.

• Please be praying for the Puerto Rico mission team as they prepare for their trip July 18-24.

• Thank you to all who donated puzzles this winter! Now with summer here, it's time for the puzzles to find another home. If you have shared puzzles and would like them back, please pick them up by July 25th. Any leftover puzzles will be donated.

• A snack rotation for fellowship time will be starting next week! Remember to keep it simple...store bought is okay! A list is posted in the Worship Center. If you would like to be added or prefer not to be on the list, please let the office know. If you would like to contribute to the back up supply, please leave prepackaged items on the back counter in the Worship Center. Contact Dede H with questions.

• Common Cup has started their annual School Supply Drive. Our church has been asked to donate 20 backpacks, 500 blue pens, 500 black pens and 500 red pens. Donations can be placed in the marked container in the Worship Center foyer until August 6th.

• Encore! Retreat for Adults 55+ will be held at Camp Shamineau in Motley, MN on September 10-11. Speaker: Randy Ahlberg. Cost $85. See the postcard in the Worship Center foyer or check www.shamineau.org for more details.

• Notices: The office will be closed the week of July 18-24. Please reach out to the elders if you need assistance during that time. Dan Moose will be the guest preacher on July 18th. There will be a Testimony Sunday on July 25th.

July 4th 2021 Announcements

• A Women's Outing will be held on Saturday, July 10th! Meet at church to carpool 9:00am - 2:00 ? Destinations are: Taylor's Country Story (Grove City), Deann's Country Village Shop (Litchfield) and Anderson's Garden (Litchfield). Come shop, pick up lunch and picnic in the garden! • Join us for Our Own "Great MN Get-Together" on Sunday, July 11th after the worship service! Our carnival will include games for kids, face painting and fun food for all! Walking Taco, Snow Cones, Food on a Stick, Drink Mobile!!! Invite your friends!

• We are currently offering Children's Ministry on an every other Sunday basis. Our next Sundays for Children's Ministry will be July 11th and 25th.

• If you are a Children's Ministry Parent/Guardian please complete a 2021 Child Registration Form. If you are a past or present CM volunteer, please complete a Fall 2021 Volunteer Survey. Check your email for the form or pick up a printed copy in the Worship Center or Children's Ministry Room. Please return them to Missy or Elyse by Sunday July11th so we can proceed with fall plans. • Our sympathy goes to the family of Eunice Anglin. The funeral service for Eunice Anglin will be Tuesday July 6 at 2 pm, at the Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hutchinson. Visitation begins at 12:30. Eunice was one of the early members of our HEFC congregation.

• Thirst Missions is offering a last minute discount for the first time in their history! If you feel called to love and serve the people of Kentucky, we can add up to 3 more members to the Appalachian trip for $399 each. Please contact Ann B by Monday night when the team will be meeting to finalize details for the June 20-26 trip.

• We are currently offering Children's Ministry on an every other Sunday basis. Our next Sundays for Children's Ministry will be June 13th and 27th.

• A Baby Shower for Maya Giesenhagen is being planned for Sunday, June 27th from 2-4pm. If you would like to host or help provide desserts please contact Char S.

May 30th 2021 Announcements

• A Youth End of the Year Bonfire will be held at Pastor Mike's on Sunday May 30th at 7:00 pm. Students grades 6-12 are welcome and can bring a friend. Please let Pastor Mike know if you are able to attend so snacks can be provided.

• Our first Friday Evening Summer Fellowship will be held on Friday, June 4th from 5:30 - 8:30 pm. Pizza will be delivered from Dominoes! Come for food, yard games and a bonfire as well! Please bring your own chair. If it is raining the event will be cancelled.

• We are currently offering Children's Ministry on an every other Sunday basis. Our next Sundays for Children's Ministry will be June 13th and 27th.

• Help wanted for some Spring Clean-Up Projects! A list is posted in the Worship Center. Please contact Matt M if you are able to help.

• The June / July / August 2021 Our Daily Bread daily devotionals are now available in the church office or Worship Center foyer.

• Volunteers are needed for the Summer Feeding Program at HHS Mondays and Wednesdays 10:15am - 12:30pm June 9th - August 11th. (No meals July 5th & 9th). Contact the office for more details and to find out what dates are still open.

• The Culver's Mission Trip Fundraiser will be held Tuesday, May 11th from 5-8pm. Bring a ticket or show it on your phone and 10% of your order will go to the HEFC Mission Trips!

• If you would like to send a thank you to Isaac Wheeler please place it in his mail folder by Thursday 5/13. They will be compiled and sent as a thank you package. Please pray for his transition to his new position in Edina.
