On Sunday, December 14th Children's Ministry will have a Christmas Concert. The children will sing Christmas songs at the beginning of our 10:00 am worship service. Children will practice songs during Children's Church. Come dressed in the Christmas spirit!
The annual Cookie Day will be on Tuesday, December 16th at 10am in the Ministry Center Commons Area. Ladies can bring their prebaked cookies/bars/treats and package them together to be given to families and individuals who need to feel the love of Jesus Christ this Christmas season. Lunch will be provided. Anyone who can't attend and wants to participate can bring their items to the Ministry Center kitchen on December 14th labeled "For Cookie Day". Contact Dede H with questions.
Join us for our Candlelight Christmas Eve Service at 5:00pm on December 24th. We will reflect on the birth of God's greatest gift to us, His son Jesus!
The MO team is planning another Minneapolis Outreach. Donations are welcome and should be brought to the green box in the Gathering Room:
Daily essentials like tooth brushes, paste, wipes etc.
Granola bars, beef jerky, chips, bread, cookies, water.
New or gently used: Hats, gloves, blankets, socks, sweaters or jackets.
Monetary gifts can be placed in the offering box with Missions & Outreach on the memo line (or envelope). Direct questions to Ann B or Memo.
Reminder: HEFC collects granola bars year round for the Common Cup Weekend Food Program. Please place donations in the designated bin in the Worship Center foyer.
Copies of Our Daily Bread devotionals for December/January/February are now available in the Worship Center foyer and church office. Also available: ODB "A Gift for All" 10 Christmas reflections on God's Gift to Us - Jesus.
